THE CHALLENGE

From November 1st through Thanksgiving the Butterball Turkey-Talk-Line experts are available via email or telephone for any and all turkey related issues. In a recent survey we discovered that 1 in 10 consumers are less likely to call the Turkey-Talk-Line for advice as they aren’t as comfortable speaking on the phone. So Butterball challenged us to find a way to for consumers to gain access to their wealth of expertise sans telephone.

For those phone-averse consumers we decided to walk them through every step of the process, virtually…with a series of How-To videos.
