THE CHALLENGE

Every year the Turkey Talk-line experts at Butterball are available every Thanksgiving via text, email and live chat, but what if you literally have a whole raw turkey in your hands? Our experts challenged us to find a way to make them even more accessible to those seeking advice, especially those without a free hand. 

THE IDEA

With 41% of U.S. households already owning smart speakers it only made sense to team up with Amazon Alexa to make our expert advice available hands-free. Once you've enabled the Butterball skill, you can simply say "Alexa, ask Butterball ..." to hear the advice direct from Turkey Talk-Line pros. We wanted to reach cooks where it’s convenient for them and give them the confidence to host like a boss.
